The Lynx outlasted Indiana Tuesday night to win Game 2, 77-71, tying the best-of-5 series at 1-all.
Sylvia Fowles, who shot 10-of-13 from the floor, scored 21 points and grabbed 9 rebounds to lead the Lynx. Maya Moore finished with 19 points and 8 boards and Seimone Augustus tallied 11 points for the winners.
Briann January led the Fever with 17 points and 5 assists. Tamika Catchings had 11 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists, but was plagued by foul trouble, playing just 24 minutes. Shenise Johnson and Marissa Coleman each had 10 points for Indiana.
The Fever led, 41-39, at halftime, but a 17-5 run by Minnesota to end the 3rd quarter, while Catchings was on the bench, gave the Lynx a 63-59 advantage heading into the final 10 minutes.
